Urbanz operates its own concrete and site-work crews. If you have experience in formwork, concrete finishing, excavation, or equipment operation—and you take pride in doing the work right—we want to hear from you.

We self-perform our concrete and site work, so the crew isn’t standing around waiting on a sub. There’s steady work and there’s room to move up if you’re good.

Concrete Foreman
Lead field crews, coordinate daily production, and maintain quality, safety, and site organization. Concrete experience required.
Concrete Laborer
Formwork, placement support, and finishing on footings, foundation walls, and slabs. Concrete experience preferred.
General Labor
Site work, material handling, and crew support. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Construction experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most for this role.
Construction Project Assistant
Support estimating, scheduling, permitting, and job documentation. Construction coursework or field exposure helpful.
