Urbanz Construction is a licensed Indianapolis general contractor and self-performing concrete contractor serving Marion County and selected projects throughout Central Indiana. We build ground-up residential and multifamily projects while self-performing excavation, foundations, and structural concrete.

Urbanz Construction is led by Eric Sedique, who holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and an MBA.
His background includes commercial concrete work in the San Francisco Bay Area, where layout, sequencing, tolerances, and schedule coordination are fundamental to execution. Urbanz brings that same discipline to concrete and ground-up construction in Indianapolis.
As a family-run company, ownership remains directly involved in estimating, scheduling, and project execution.
