What we do

Everything from the first cut of dirt to the wall the framer builds on.

We handle the structural concrete scope end to end — excavation, base preparation, forming, placement, finishing, and stripping. One contractor. One point of accountability. Direct control of the concrete schedule.

General liability insurance carried on all work, with additional insurance and bonding arranged as a project requires.

Scope

Scope

1

Foundations & Footings

Spread footings, frost footings, and complete foundation systems for residential and commercial structures.

2

Stem Walls & Foundation Walls

Formed and poured walls, squared and set with anchor bolts, ready for framing.

3

Structural Slabs

Slab-on-grade, basement and garage floors, and structural slabs poured to engineered specification.

4

Site Work & Excavation

Excavation, trenching, grading, and compacted base preparation with our own equipment. Proper base preparation is critical to the long-term performance of the concrete above it.

5

Commercial Concrete

Structural concrete for small- to mid-size commercial projects, with insurance and bonding arranged to contract requirements.

6

Flatwork

Driveways, sidewalks, approaches, and exterior concrete formed, placed, and finished to the required elevations and drainage conditions.

How a foundation comes together

Four stages. One accountable team.

01
Excavator cutting foundation trenches on a residential lot

Excavate

Foundation excavation and trenching to plan elevations using company-operated equipment.

02
Compacted stone base prepared inside poured footings

Base & Prep

Base material placed and compacted, under-slab rough-ins coordinated, and layout verified before concrete placement.

03
Aluminum wall forms set and braced ready for concrete placement

Form & Pour

Forms set, braced, and squared. Placement and consolidation by our crew.

04
Stripped foundation walls with anchor bolts set, ready for framing

Strip & Turn Over

Forms stripped, anchor bolts verified, and foundation walls prepared for framing.

Capabilities

Capabilities

We show up with the crew and the equipment the scope actually requires.

Excavation, layout, forming, placement, and finishing are handled by our own field crews. We mobilize the equipment each job calls for, so the schedule does not depend on a separate concrete subcontractor showing up.

For larger or commercial work, insurance and bonding are arranged to the requirements of the contract.

Common questions

Before you send a scope.

Do you pour complete foundations?

Yes. We handle the full structural concrete scope — excavation, base preparation, footings, foundation walls, and slabs — with our own crews.

Do you handle the excavation and site work too?

Yes. Excavation, trenching, grading, and compacted base preparation are self-performed, which keeps the foundation schedule under our control.

Do you provide the forms?

Yes. We form, brace, place, and strip using our own forming systems.

Can you work from engineered drawings?

Yes. Send structural sheets, foundation plans, or a site plan and we will price the scope as drawn. PDF works best.

Do you take commercial concrete work?

Yes, for small- to mid-size commercial projects. Insurance and bonding are arranged to the requirements of the contract.

What areas do you serve?

Marion County is our primary market, with selected projects throughout Central Indiana. Send the address and we will confirm availability.

Can I upload plans for pricing?

Yes. The form on this page accepts PDF, JPG, and PNG files, up to ten files per submission.

Do you do flatwork as well as structural concrete?

Yes — driveways, sidewalks, approaches, and exterior flatwork, formed, placed, and finished to plan and grade.

How far ahead should a project be scheduled?

It depends on scope and season. Send the project details and we will tell you honestly what our availability looks like.
